At a glance
The collection and the marketplace
A fixed collection size, with variation across colour, clothing and accessories.
Built alongside the collection rather than listing it on someone else's venue.
Every Shiva is armed and battle-ready, which is what makes the set a character roster.
Designed as the character layer for an upcoming NFT game, not as art alone.
The brief
A collection that has somewhere to go
Most NFT collections are complete on mint. The art exists, the rarity table is published, and whatever happens next depends entirely on secondary market sentiment — which is why so many of them went quiet.
Kailash was built the other way round: the collection is the character layer for a game that is coming. Variation across colour, clothing and accessories is not decoration, it is the roster.
Utility designed in advance beats utility promised in a roadmap.
The build
Devotional subject, game-ready structure
The subject matter carries real cultural weight, and the design treats it as a character set rather than a meme format: every Shiva is armed with his Trishul and ready for battle, differentiated through colour, clothing and accessories.
That structure is doing double duty. It gives collectors the variation that makes a set worth assembling, and it gives the upcoming game a roster with built-in visual differentiation between characters.
Wow Labz delivered design and development for both the collection's marketplace and the surrounding product.
