Source material older than the medium
Most NFT collections start from a trait table: a set of interchangeable attributes combined until the target supply is reached. It scales, and it produces sets nobody can tell apart six months later.
29/76 starts from the opposite constraint. The characters already exist, in one of the longest and most widely known epics there is, and each carries an identity that predates the project by a very long way.
When the characters are already known, the design job is faithfulness, not generation.
The build
An interface built for reading, not just minting
Because the value proposition is the characters rather than the rarity maths, the product had to make the characters legible. The interface pairs each piece with its bio and story, which is closer to an illustrated reference than a mint page.
That shapes the browsing experience: a collector moves through a cast, comparing figures they may already know, rather than filtering a grid by trait rarity.
